A New Addition To Caravan

In August of 2005, Mexico Caravan Ministries was given the opportunity to purchase one of the lots adjacent to the dorm. With the aid of various donations, we were able to purchase the lot and take possession of it in September 2005.

With the acquisition of this piece of property, the Directors of Caravan along with a contractor developed a blue print for a new Caravan building. The structure is a two-story building with the first level being used as additional parking for vehicles. The second story contains an office for our Mexican staff and the full-time Caravan staff. This level also includes two bedrooms, a small kitchen and bathroom for our full time staff. With the relocation of the current offices to the new building, additional space will be opened up in our dining area in the current building.

We have already completed the bottom half of the structure. The goal is to have the top shell completed by the end of June.  We still are in need of donated funds and prayer to complete this project.  Please pray that the government will allow donated wood come across the border from the United States and that funds will continue to come in to allow us to finish ths project in a timely manner.
