Please complete the following registration steps to schedule a trip with Mexico Caravan Ministries:

1. Check the availability of your trip dates on our Reservation Calendar. Note: The dormitory has a capacity of 100 participants. The number posted on the calendar is for the number of participants for whom the Dorm Reservation Fee has been paid.

2. Determine the following:

  • Dates of your trip - during the summer we only take week-long groups, Sunday through Saturday.
  • Number of participants
  • Number of shelters, using 8-15 participants to one shelter as your ratio.

3. Register with Mexico Caravan Ministries in one of the following ways:

4. You will receive, via e-mail, a confirmation of the registration of your trip with an attached invoice for your Dorm Reservation Fee that will be due one month from the booking date, as well as an e-mail containing information that will help you plan the trip.

5.  Once your Dorm Reservation Fee has been received, your group will appear on the Reservation Calendar.  (Your spots will not be given away during the month given to receive your payment.)
